Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all transactions on moonastro.ai.

1. No Refund Policy

• All astrology consultations are non-refundable once the service has started.
• Astrology services involve time, expertise, and personalized effort by astrologers.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Payment deducted but consultation not delivered
• Technical failure from moonastro.ai preventing service delivery
• Duplicate payment for the same service

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds shall be provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with predictions or advice
• User unavailable after booking
• Change of mind after consultation
• Incorrect information provided by the user

4. Cancellation

• Users may cancel a consultation before it starts, subject to platform rules.
• Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it falls under eligible cases.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 7–10 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway).

6. Platform Rights

moonastro.ai reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after internal review.
